【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportdescribesaprocessforidentifying,evaluating,addressing,makingdecisionsabout,andcommunicatingthepotentialrisksofdevelopingandusingmanufacturednanomaterials,inordertoprotectthehealthandsafetyofthepublic,consumers,workersandtheenvironment.WhiletheoverallproductstewardshipandriskmanagementprocesssetforthinthisTechnicalReportisnotuniquetonanomaterials,itsupplementsrecognizedapproachesbyproviding,wherepossible,afocusoninformationandissuesspecifictonanotechnologies.Itoffersguidanceontheinformationneededtomakesoundriskevaluationsandriskmanagementdecisions,aswellashowtomanageinthefaceofincompleteoruncertaininformationbyusingreasonableassumptionsandappropriateriskmanagementpractices.Further,itincludesmethodstoupdateassumptions,decisions,andpracticesasnewinformationbecomesavailable,andonhowtocommunicateinformationanddecisionstostakeholders.ThisTechnicalReportsuggestsmethodsorganizationscanusetobetransparentandaccountableinhowtheymanagenanomaterials.Tothatend,itdescribesaprocessoforganizing,documenting,andcommunicatingwhatinformationorganizationshaveaboutnanomaterials.Thisincludesacknowledgingwhereinformationisincomplete,explaininghowinformationgapswereaddressed,andexplainingtherationalebehindtheorganization'sriskmanagementdecisionsandactions.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61753specifiesthetestrequirementsforfinishedcableassembliesforuseaspatchcords,workareacordsandequipmentcordsforapplicationsinacontrolled(C)environmentaccordingtoIEC61753-1,wheretheconnectorsalreadycomply,withtheCategoryCrequirementsofIEC61753-1.Theassembliesconsistofsimplexorduplexfibreopticcableterminatedateachendofthecablewithnon-angled(PC)orangled(APC)polishedsingle-modefibreopticconnectorswithcylindricalferrules.Thewavelengthofoperationisbetween1260nm1and1625nm.TherelevantrequirementsformechanicalandopticalconnectivitysystemsarecoveredbymechanicalandopticalinterfacestandardsIEC61754seriesandIEC61755seriesrespectively.TherelevantrequirementsforconnectorsetsarecoveredbyIEC61753series.TherelevantrequirementsforcablearecoveredbyIEC60794-2-50.
