【摘要】:ThispartofISO21549isapplicabletosituationsinwhichsuchdataarerecordedonortransportedbypatienthealthcardscompliantwiththephysicaldimensionsofID-1cardsdefinedbyISO7810.ThispartofISO21549specifiesthebasicstructureofthedatacontainedwithinthemedicationdataobject,butdoesnotspecifyormandateparticulardata-setsforstorageondevices.ThepurposeofthispartofISO21549isforcardstoprovideinformationtootherhealthprofessionalsandtothepatientortotheirnon-professionalcaregiver.Itmayalsobeusedtocarryanewprescriptionfromtheprescribertothedispenser/pharmacyinthedesignofitssets.Medicationdataincludesthefollowingfourcomponents:-medicationnotes:thelistofallmedicationforapatient;-medicationprescriptions:tocarryanewprescriptionfromtheprescribertothedispenser/pharmacy;-medicationdispensed:therecordsofmedicationsboughtbythepatient;-medicationreferences:pointerstoothersystemsthatcontaininformationthatmakesupamedicationprescriptionandtheauthoritytodispense.Inordertofacilitateinteroperability,wheneveranapplicationisbuiltforuseinthehealthcaredomainincompliancewiththispartofISO21549,dataitemsrequiredforthatapplicationshallbedrawnfromthelistofobjects(someofwhichareextensible)asprovidedinClauses6to8.TheseshallthenbeusedinconjunctionwithotherdatadefinedinotherpartsofthispartofISO21549.ThedetailedfunctionsandmechanismsofthefollowingservicesarenotwithinthescopeofthispartofISO21549(althoughitsstructurescanaccommodatesuitabledataobjectselsewherespecified):-theencodingoffreetextdata;-securityfunctionsandrelatedservicesthatarelikelytobespecifiedbyusersfordatacardsdependingontheirspecificapplication,e.g.:confidentialityprotection,dataintegrityprotectionandauthenticationofpersonsanddevicesrelatedtothesefunctions;-accesscontrolservicesthatmaydependonactiveuseofsomedatacardclassessuchasmicroprocessorcards;-theinitializationandissuingprocess(whichbeginstheoperatinglifetimeofanindividualdatacard,andbywhichthedatacardispreparedforthedatatobesubsequentlycommunicatedtoitaccordingtothispartofISO21549).ThefollowingtopicsarethereforebeyondthescopeofthispartofISO21549:-physicalorlogicalsolutionsforthepracticalfunctioningofparticulartypesofdatacard;-howthemessageisprocessedfurther“downstream”oftheinterfacebetweentwosystems;-theformwhichdatatakeforuseoutsidethedatacard,orthewayinwhichsuchdataarevisiblyrepresentedonthedatacardorelsewhere.Itshouldbenotedthatnotonlythedefinitionof“medicinalproducts”differsfromcountrytocountry,butalsothesamenamemayrelatetoentirelydifferentproductsinsomecountries.Therefore,specialattentionshouldbemadeforthesafetyofpatient,whenthecardisusedacrossborders.Asamatterofcourse,exchangeofprescriptionacrossbordersmustfollowalllaws,instructions,rules,termsandtreatiesbetweenthesaidtwocountries.
