【摘要】:EN14607Part6ofSpaceengineering-Mechanicaldefinestherequirementsforthedisciplineofpyrotechnicsengineering.Thispartdefinesthestandardstobeappliedfortheuseofpyrotechnicsonallspacecraftandotherspaceproductsincludinglaunchvehicles.Itaddressestheaspectsofdesign,analysis,verification,manufacturing,operationsandsafety.Asanypyrotechnicitemusedforflightcanfunctiononlyonce,itcanneverbefullytestedbeforeitscrucialmissionoperation.Therequiredconfidencecanonlybeestablishedindirectlybythetestingofidenticalitems.Testresultsandtheoreticaljustificationareessentialfordemonstrationoffulfilmentoftherequirements.Therequirementforrepeatabilityshowsthatproductassuranceplaysacrucialroleinsupportoftechnicalaspects.Thefailureorunintentionaloperationofapyrotechnicitemcanbecatastrophicforthewholemissionandlifethreatening.Specificrequirementscanexistfortheitemsassociatedwithit.Asallpyrotechnicfunctionsaretobetreatedsimilarly,collectivecontrolneedstobeappliedinthemannerofasubsystem.Whenviewedfromtheperspectiveofaspecificprojectcontext,therequirementsdefinedinthisdocumentshouldbetailoredtomatchthegenuinerequirementsofaparticularprofileandcircumstancesofaproject.NOTETailoringisaprocessbywhichindividualrequirementsofspecifications,standardsandrelateddocumentsareevaluated,andmadeapplicabletoaspecificprojectbyselection,andinsomeexceptionalcases,modificationofexistingoradditionofnewrequirements.
