【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardpresentstypicalflexiblerotorconfigurationsinaccordancewiththeircharacteristicsandbalancingrequirements,describesbalancingprocedures,specifiesmethodsofassessmentofthefinalstateofunbalance,andgivesguidanceonbalancequalitycriteria.ThisInternationalStandardmayalsobeapplicabletoserveasabasisformoreinvolvedinvestigations,forexamplewhenamoreexactdeterminationoftherequiredbalancequalityisnecessary.Ifdueregardispaidtothespecifiedmethodsofmanufactureandlimitsofunbalance,satisfactoryrunningconditionscanbeexpected.ThisInternationalStandardisnotintendedtoserveasanacceptancespecificationforanyrotor,butrathertogiveindicationsofhowtoavoidgrossdeficienciesand/orunnecessarilyrestrictiverequirements.ThesubjectofstructuralresonancesandmodificationsthereofisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.Themethodsandcriteriagivenaretheresultofexperiencewithgeneralindustrialmachinery.Theymaynotbedirectlyapplicabletospecializedequipmentortospecialcircumstances.Therefore,theremaybecaseswheredeviationsfromthisInternationalStandardmaybenecessary.note:1)InformationonsuchexceptionswillbewelcomedandshouldbecommunicatedtothenationalstandardsbodyinthecountryoforiginfortransmissiontothesecretariatofISO/TC108/SC1.
