【摘要】:Thispracticeestablishesthoseelementsoftheexpertrsquo;opinionreportwhichwillmakethereportunderstandabletotheintendedrecipientandfocusonthetechnicalaspectsgermanetothepurposeforwhichtheopinionisrendered.CompliancewiththisstandardisintendedtoensurecompliancewiththereportingrequirementssetforthinISO/IEC17025.1.1Thispracticecoversthescopeofinformationtobecontainedinformalwrittentechnicalreportswhichexpresstheopinionsofthescientificortechnicalexpertwithrespecttothestudyofitemsthatareormayreasonablybeexpectedtobethesubjectofcriminalorcivillitigation.1.2Ifcompliancewiththisstandardisclaimed,thejustificationsforanydeviationsfromthisstandardmustbedocumented.1.3Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcernsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityofwhoeverusesthisstandardtoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61347specifiesparticularsafetyrequirementsford.c.suppliedelectronicballastsformaintainedandnon-maintainedemergencylightingpurposes.ItincludesspecificrequirementsforballastsandcontrolunitsforluminairesforemergencylightingasspecifiedbyIEC60598-2-22.DCsuppliedelectronicballastsforemergencylightingmayormaynotincludebatteries.Thisstandardalsoincludesalloperationalrequirementswhich,inthecaseofotherd.c.suppliedelectronicballasts,areregardedasperformancerequirements.Thisisbecausenon-operationalemergencylightingequipmentpresentsasafetyhazard.PerformancerequirementsarethesubjectofIEC60925.
