【摘要】:Thispracticeisintendedtodefinetherangeofpropertiestobetested,theapparatustobeused,andthecomparisonsofautomotivepolishperformancetobemade.Sinceconditions,products,andapparatusvary,considerablediscretionmustexistamongformulatorsandmarketersintheseareasandonwhatpropertiesorperformancecharacteristicsaremostsignificantfortheirproducts.ThispracticeisintendedtobeflexibleenoughtohonorthisfactwithinthedescriptionofautomotivepolishinSection2.Thetestmethodsaresubjectiveandempiricalinordertoconformtothebasiccharacteristicsoftheclassofproductsandtoallowflexibilityintesting.Thisalsoconformstotypicalconsumerexperience.Thepracticealsoallowsforflexibilityinchoiceofenvironmentalcharacteristicsunderwhichthedurabilitytestingisdone.Thisallowsdiscretiontobeexercisedbythosetestingtheproductsinordertoprovidegreatestsignificancefortheproductsbeingtestedastheyareintendedforvariousmarketplaceneeds.1.1Thispracticecoverstheevaluationoftheperformancepropertiesofautomotivepolishes.Thispracticeisapplicabletoproductsthatarecommonlyreferredtoascar/autowax,cleanerwax,polish,andthelike.Thispracticeislimitedtoacomparisonamongtestpolishes,withastandardpolish,orboth,undertheconditionsoftheindividualtest.Thecomparativeresultsareindicativeofabsoluteperformanceonlyinsofarasthetestconditionsarerepresentativeofallnormalapplicationanduseconditions.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:この規格は,ダンパ(コンパクトダンパを含む。普通ダンプトラックを除く。)の安全要求事項について規定し,派生機械にも適用する。この規格は,土工機械類に対する一般安全要求事項を規定したJISA8340-1と併せて用いる。この規格は,ダンパが製造業者の意図し,かつ,予見した条件の下に使用されたときに,直接かかわるダンパ特有の重大な危険源のすべて(附属書1及びJISA8340-1の附属書1参照)を考慮しており,これらから起こるおそれのある危険源を除去し,又は低減するための方策を具体的に示している。備考I.公道を走行するダンパは。国及び地方自治体の定める道路交通関連法規にも適合しなければならない。2.車輪式及び履帯式不整地運搬車は,この規格の規定のほかに労働安全衛生法第42条の規定に基づく不整地運搬車構造規格にも適合しなければならない。
