【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofsteamkettles.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectasteamkettleandunderstanditsenergyconsumptionandperformancecharacteristics.Thistestmethodisapplicabletodirectsteamandself-containedgasorelectricsteamkettles.Thesteamkettlecanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing,whereapplicable:Maximumenergyinputrate(10.2);Capacity(10.3);Heatupenergyefficiencyandenergyrate(10.4);Productioncapacity(10.4);Simmerenergyrate(10.5);Pilotenergyrate,ifapplicable(10.6).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
